TERMS OF USE

By accessing or using this Platform you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions (“Terms”) described herein and such other requirements of use as may be required from time to time.  If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

This Platform is owned and operated by Celestyal Cruises Centre Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with registered office 11 Limassol Avenue, 2112, Nicosia, Cyprus (“Celestyal”).

 

1. PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM

The Platform facilitates the collection and remittance of the Tourism Sustainability Fee associated with your visit to the Greek ports during your cruise booked with Celestyal.

This fee is set and mandated by the Greek authorities in accordance with Greek Law 5162/2024 and Ministerial Decree FEK B/3343/30.06.2025 and is mandatory for all guests disembarking at ports within the Greek territory. Please note that these fees apply to all cruise lines operating in Greece.

This fee is entirely separate from, and unrelated to, any services or offerings of our company.

This fee—similar to those already applied to hotels and other accommodations—is intended to support local infrastructure, encourage sustainable tourism, and improve the overall visitor experience

We operate this Platform solely as an intermediary platform for the collection and remittance of this fee to the appropriate government authority, in compliance with legal obligations.

2. AMOUNTS IMPOSED

July 01 – September 30	€20 per person for each visit to Santorini and Mykonos €5 per person for each visit to all other Greek ports.
October 01 – October 31 April 01 – May 31	€12 per person for each visit to Santorini and Mykonos €3 per person for each visit to all other ports.
November 01 – March 31	€4 per person for each visit to Santorini and Mykonos €1 per person for each visit to all other ports.

 

3. LIABILITY 

Celestyal shall not be held liable whatsoever for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and howsoever arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use of this Website or its contents whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause whatsoever, including without limitation (a) any problems and/or malfunctions arising from the computer, online system, server or the internet access provider and (b) from any responsibility or damage to third parties as the result of the improper use of this Platform. In addition, Celestyal shall not be held liable for:

• Any errors or inaccuracies in fee calculations resulting from incorrect information provided by users.
• Delays in the processing or transfer of payments caused by third-party banks or payment providers.
• Fines, penalties, or other regulatory actions arising from a user’s failure to comply with applicable laws or requirements.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk and depends on the availability and proper functioning of the services provided

 

4. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Celestyal reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without any liability whatsoever, to make changes of any nature whatsoever or corrections and/or alter and/or suspend and/or discontinue any aspect of this Platform at any time and for any reason whatsoever without being obliged to provide prior notification. Modifications of any nature whatsoever shall become valid as on their date of publication on the Platform. Use of this Platform following any changes or corrections of any nature whatsoever implies acceptance of the same.  Celestyal takes all reasonable measures to ensure that material contained on this Platform is accurate and complete.

 

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We do not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to this Platform or any information, service of product provided through this Website.

6. GOVERNING LAW

The Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
